    STR Builders is a family-orientated business first established in the Riverina.

    We are experienced in design and quality building. The construction of your home will be personally supervised by one of the two builders: Rod and Ty. They are supported by a class team of administration staff, local tradesmen and subcontractors.

    Our business is based on effective and continual communication throughout all our projects.

    We focus on building a strong relationship with our clients. Client input is valued and encouraged from the initial design right through to the handover and beyond.

With the latest in computer design technology, watch as your home develops before you, and make changes until you are completely satisfied. If you don’t have any ideas of your own, have one of our standard plans changed at no cost to you. We are totally flexible, and our aim is to have you in a home of your own, one in which you are completely happy.

    Talk directly to the builder.Our display homes are personally manned by our builders Rod, Ty and Scott so you can confidently discuss your project with the builder who will bring your ideas to fruition.

    What is WELS?
    WELS is Australia’s Water Efficiency Labelling Scheme. Lables show a star rating and also a water consumption or water flow figure. The less water used, the higher the star rating. Tapware, showerheads and toilets all have different maximum ratings.
    Tapware can be a maximum of 6 stars.
    Toilets can be a maximum of 5 stars.
    Showerheads can be a maximum of 3 stars.

    Every home that is constructed within NSW is required by law to have a complying BASIX Certificate. BASIX is a web based tool mandated by the state government to ensure that housing within NSW is built in a sustainable fashion.
    While some project builders try to keep these measures to a bare minimum, here at STR we comply fully and with common sense solutions. You can be assured that we will comply fully with any requirements needed.
